  • Define and manage end-to-end sourcing processes for major capital equipment, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, quality, and risk objectives.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors, including negotiation of contracts, pricing structures, service levels, and long-term supply agreements.
  • Establish procurement governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting systems to monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, cost control, and manufacturing quality.
  • Oversee CAPEX forecasting, procurement budgeting, and financial tracking in collaboration with program controls and finance teams.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with design, construction, commissioning, and operations to ensure seamless equipment integration and delivery readiness.
  • Develop and scale a high-performing procurement organization combining internal hires and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 10–15+ years of experience in major capital equipment procurement, preferably within hyperscale data centers or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
  • Proven track record of building and managing large-scale, multi-site procurement programs (50–100MW+ or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in MEP systems, equipment manufacturing, QA/QC processes, commissioning, and large-scale infrastructure delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficiency with project and cost management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Procore.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive and technical audiences.
  • High level of ownership mindset, with a strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Benefits:
  • Comprehensive health coverage with 90% of premiums covered for employees and dependents
  • Up to 8 weeks of paid time off annually, including holidays, PTO, and sick leave
  • 401(k) retirement plan with immediate eligibility and up to 6% employer match
  • Annual performance-based bonus program

  • Competitive compensation ranging from $200,000 to $295,000, based on experience and qualifications
