  • Ensure all engagements comply with regulatory, legal, and industry standards
Requirements

The ideal candidate is a scientifically trained professional with strong HEOR expertise, payer-facing experience, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and influential manner. You bring deep understanding of healthcare systems, strong relationship-building skills, and experience working in field medical or market access environments.

  • Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (PharmD, MD, PhD); additional training in HEOR, epidemiology, or health economics preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in HEOR, market access, managed care, or medical affairs roles
  • Strong understanding of payer decision-making processes, including PBMs, health plans, and government payers
  • Experience designing, interpreting, or communicating health outcomes and economic research
  • Prior experience working with or within MSL teams or cross-functional medical affairs organizations
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex relationships and work within regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
