You will act as the central point of coordination between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage complex project workflows while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will oversee implementation processes, proactively manage risks, and ensure smooth execution across cross-functional teams. This is a highly collaborative position where structure, accountability, and customer focus are essential to success.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage multiple concurrent customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, quality standards, and deliverables are consistently met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, documentation, and milestone tracking to ensure full visibility of progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, facilitating regular status updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including onboarding, technical implementation, sales, product, and customer success to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively communicating challenges and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Monitor project performance against timelines and KPIs, ensuring delivery quality and customer satisfaction standards are met.
  • Track deliverables, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure alignment with leadership on priorities and resourcing.
  • Drive process consistency and continuous improvement by refining project workflows and documenting best practices.
  • Prepare regular reporting for leadership, including project updates, risks, performance metrics, and success outcomes.
  • Support system setup, configuration, and integration activities in collaboration with technical teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, customer implementation, or a similar client-facing coordination role.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing project plans, tracking milestones, and managing deliverables end-to-end.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across departments.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Comfort working in remote environments and managing distributed stakeholders.
  • Must be eligible for U.S. work authorization and able to pass required background and fingerprint checks.
