POSITION OVERVIEW:
RESPONSIBLITIES:This role provides reception duties and administrative support to help ensure smooth day to day operations of the office at our Yonge Sheppard Centre location.
- Provide Operations Administration Support to ensure the effective daytoday operation of assigned properties;
- Administer and track Tenant & Vendor Insurance and Vendor WSIB documentation, ensuring compliance with company requirements;
- Coordinate Office Supplies (Staples Orders) and Couriers, including ordering, tracking, and receipt of materials;
- Prepare and distribute Tenant Memos and other operational communications, as required;
- Assemble and maintain Tenant Welcome Packages for new tenants;
- Conduct Tenant Manual reviews and updates, as needed, to reflect changes in policies and procedures;
- Process and coordinate Tenant Access Requests in collaboration with Operations and Security teams;
- Schedule and manage Elevator and Loading Dock Bookings for tenants and vendors;
- Complete Vendor Setup and maintain accurate vendor records within company systems;
- Provide backup support for Cash receipts / Cheques / EFTs, Stop Billing, and Collection and entries of Gross Sales into Yardi;
- Create POs and Pay Invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals, accuracy, and timely processing.
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role;
- Proven verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook;
- Knowledge of Yardi an asset;
- Proven organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
The base salary range for this role reflects compensation for candidates at varying levels of experience and proficiency. The salary will be determined based on the successful candidates relevant competencies, including skills, experience, education, and our teams requirements.
The listed salary range does not include bonus and other total rewards. This role is eligible for participation in the companys bonus program.
