This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications within an enterprise AI platform. You will collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and AI engineering teams to deliver user experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and production-ready at scale. The position allows ownership of front-end architecture, reusable component systems, and performance best practices, while embracing AI-assisted development tools to boost speed and quality. You will play a key role in translating complex AI workflows into polished, trustworthy interfaces and ensuring accessibility and reliability across platforms. • Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Define and evolve front-end architecture, reusable component patterns, and design system standards.
• Translate product and design requirements into responsive, accessible, and polished user interfaces.
• Partner with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs, real-time updates, streaming interfaces, and AI-powered workflows.
• Ensure front-end performance, reliability, accessibility, and production-ready UI patterns.
• Build clear and trustworthy interfaces for AI-driven outputs, workflows, and system feedback.
• Write maintainable, high-quality code with robust automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
• Contribute to CI/CD standards, front-end telemetry, observability, and quality gates.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, technical planning, and mentorship of other engineers.

• 5+ years of professional experience in modern front-end development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience building scalable front-end architectures, reusable component systems, and shared UI standards.
• Deep understanding of state management, async data flows, API integration, and performance optimization.
• Experience delivering accessible, enterprise-grade web applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) in daily workflows.
• Practical experience with front-end testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams.
• Preferred: experience with AI-powered products, real-time UI patterns, high-growth SaaS environments, shared platform UI architecture, or browser extension development.
