This role leads the creative vision and execution for a global B2B marketing organization, ensuring brand consistency, enterprise credibility, and operational excellence across digital, field, events, web, video, and sales enablement. The Director will optimize creative operations to deliver high-quality design, speed-to-market, and measurable impact across multiple SaaS solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing and sales teams to translate strategy and messaging into visually compelling campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. The position combines strategic leadership, team development, and hands-on creative oversight, offering the opportunity to elevate brand presence and improve creative efficiency at a global scale. Success requires a balance of operational rigor, design expertise, and strong cross-functional partnership. This role supports both remote and hybrid work with flexible on-site collaboration.
- Lead creative strategy and execution across B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise positioning and messaging.
- Own and evolve visual brand systems, developing scalable design standards, templates, and governance processes.
- Oversee creative production for campaigns, web, events, sales materials, and video while embedding modern design best practices, usability, and accessibility.
- Optimize creative operations, including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and budget management, to improve throughput and time-to-market.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales to deliver compelling, high-performing creative assets.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering accountability, operational rigor, and continuous professional development.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and alignment of creative output with business priorities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
- 4+ years managing in-house creative teams and optimizing creative operations.
- Proven ability to drive efficiency, improve team performance, and manage agency partnerships.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with strong understanding of web, UX, accessibility, and digital best practices.
- Experience delivering creative across multiple channels, including digital, events, PR, web, and sales enablement.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, presentation, persuasion, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate in a disciplined, performance-driven environment while fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Remote flexibility with some on-site presence for team collaboration when required.
