You will work across cloud, security, networking, collaboration, and emerging technologies, while maintaining strong customer relationships and influencing decision-making. Accountabilities:- Provide technical consultation and support to customers and internal sales teams.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements, integration needs, and challenges to build tailored business cases.
- Translate customer IT strategies into solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Design and lead the development of technical solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements.
- Advise on cloud, collaboration, security, data center, networking, mobility, end-user devices, and emerging digital/IoT technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, strategy, and marketing teams to advance opportunities.
- Present solutions and technical recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or solution architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, security, networking, collaboration, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Ability to develop and present complex technical solutions to enterprise customers.
- US citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.
- Government contracting experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, high-performing environment.
- High emotional intelligence with strong relationship-building and leadership capabilities.
