This role offers the opportunity to provide expert guidance and hands-on support across the full spectrum of real estate operations for large-scale federal projects. You will conduct in-depth research, analyze alternatives, and develop actionable plans to support site permitting, leasing, licensing, and acquisition activities nationwide. Acting as a primary liaison with stakeholders, you will lead negotiations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure real estate requirements are met efficiently and in alignment with project objectives. The position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a collaborative environment. Accountabilities:
  • Conduct detailed real estate research and analysis, including maps, surveys, deeds, leases, licenses, permits, and other legal or regulatory documents.
  • Develop, recommend, and execute real estate strategies to meet project requirements and client objectives.
  • Lead negotiations for land-use agreements, including leases, licenses, rights of entry, and permits from private and government stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project managers, environmental specialists, engineers, GIS specialists, and legal teams to ensure successful execution of real estate plans.
  • Prepare real estate action plans, decision briefs, progress reports, and associated budget and schedule inputs.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates, recommendations, and solutions to complex issues.
  • Support compliance and documentation standards for real estate activities in alignment with federal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in federal property real estate program support preferred.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong experience in real estate research, analysis, and documentation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting, negotiating, and tracking land-use agreements and permits.
  • Proficiency in software tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Google Earth Pro, and Acrobat Pro.
  • PMP certification and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) training preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, moderate travel as needed, and maintain strict attention to detail.
  • Eligibility for government security clearance and ability to pass comprehensive background investigation.
