The Element by Westin in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a reliable and friendly Part-time Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel's reservation system.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Assist guests with requests, provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns and escalate to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

• Previous experience Marriott a plus
• front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
