Key Responsibilities:

• Travel between all Garden State Medical Center locations in New Jersey to provide consistent patient support and assistance
• Assist physicians and healthcare providers with clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of clinical areas at each location
• Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes efficiently
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Support administrative duties as needed, including inventory management and supply stocking

Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification preferred
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in multiple locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel frequently within New Jersey and adapt to different clinical environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality standards
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
