Vice President-Community Lending Team Leader
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Seeking a strategic and mission-driven VP, Community Lending Team Member to lead the Philadelphia market. This executive role blends business development, commercial lending, portfolio management, and team leadership with measurable community impact.
What Youll Do:
Lead and coach the Philadelphia, PA lending team to meet loan production and portfolio performance goals
Originate, structure, and close commercial loans while assessing credit and social impact
Build and maintain referral networks with banks, community organizations, and public sector partners
Present loan proposals to the Loan Committee and ensure regulatory compliance

- 10+ years commercial lending experience, 5+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven success in business development and loan origination
- Strong financial analysis and credit structuring skills
- Strategic thinker, ethical leader, and collaborative team builder
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with low-to-moderate income communities
- Executive-level market leadership
