Responsibilities

This is a 12-Week Full-Time Internship, remote work-from-home position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States with flexible work arrangements across all time zones.

Perks: Direct mentorship from experienced Client Success Managers, exposure to P&C insurance industry operations, hands-on experience with client relationship management, and potential consideration for full-time opportunities upon successful completion.

Join our dynamic team and make an impact by building strong client relationships and driving business growth. As a Client Success Intern, you will partner with Client Success Managers who work with clients in the Property & Casualty industry to understand their needs, manage account relationships, and support renewal and growth opportunities. You will work collaboratively with Client Success Managers and Leaders to increase client satisfaction with 100% customer retention and grow revenue by consultation with clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Leverage AI and other Technology to help create capacity and increase efficiency within the Client Success organization.
  • Follow up on client cases to ensure that internal teams are responding in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with CSMs, sales, operations, and product teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Develop an understanding of client businesses and the Property & Casualty industry to provide relevant recommendations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the organization’s various products and services.
  • Assist with coordination efforts with Client Success Leadership and collaborate on business objectives.
  • Assist the Client Success Managers in active implementations.
  • Assist Client Success Managers to identify opportunities with reporting and data quality.
  • Assist CSMs and NACs with preparing for client-facing meetings.


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Current college student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • GPA of 3.3 or higher
  • Graduating in Summer/Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Ability to commit 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during Summer 2026

Experience:

  • Previous internship, part-time work, or coursework in business, insurance, or related fields preferred
  • Working knowledge of the P&C insurance industry preferred

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Interest in learning sales and client engagement techniques
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) including Copilot
  • Strong grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Demonstrable skills with AI tools (Chat GPT, Grok, Gemini)
