About the Role:

As the Sr. Registration Specialist, Fal.Con, you’ll help manage the registration and attendee management systems that power the industry’s fastest-growing conference, ensuring that every touchpoint from first click to onsite check-in is seamless and intuitive. Your work sets the tone for the entire experience, and you’ll bring a modern approach to scaling efficiency, accuracy, and impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage registration systems, workflows, automations, and integrations for all Fal.Con events – ensuring zero-fail execution.

  • Collaborate with agencies, event tech vendors, and internal teams to deliver flawless registration and data flow, leveraging AI tools to streamline processes, sync between platforms (CRM, automation, event tech) and surface insights.

  • Track, analyze, and report on registration metrics and attendance trends, using data and AI-driven analytics to inform strategy and improve ROI.

  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with event goals and audience segments.

  • Support onsite registration operations, troubleshooting, escalations, and rapid-response problem-solving.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, customer success, and IT to create a frictionless attendee experience from start to finish

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience managing registration and event technology for large-scale conferences or corporate events.

  • Proficiency with major registration platforms (specifically RainFocus) and event tech in general.

  • Comfort managing multiple complex events and competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Understanding of event data flows and integrations (CRM, marketing automation, mobile apps).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • A collaborative, can-do mindset with high attention to detail and quality.

Who You Are:

  • A detail-obsessed, data-savvy event technology expert who loves making complex systems run flawlessly

  • Someone who sees around corners – able to anticipate issues before they arise and engineer solutions that solve the problem and scale

  • A pro with integrations, APIs, and event-tech ecosystems, with the curiosity to experiment with AI tools that boost speed and precision.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, clarity, and timing matter, and where you must balance big-picture thinking with flawless execution.
