Enterprise Account Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Manager in the United States.

This role is focused on driving adoption and growth of leading SaaS platforms designed to enhance customer experience and reputation management. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and mid-market clients, guiding them in leveraging digital solutions to increase efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue. The position offers the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams. You will build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and provide actionable insights to help clients achieve measurable results. The role requires a proactive, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and has a strong track record in SaaS sales. Flexibility and the ability to work remotely across U.S. time zones are key aspects of the position.

Accountabilities:
  • Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with qualified prospects via phone, email, and other channels
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial discovery through contract close
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to Director, VP, and C-Level contacts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are implemented successfully
  • Support occasional travel to trade shows, events, and client meetings as required

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience with proven quota attainment, preferably at the enterprise level
  • Strong confidence and consultative skills throughout the sales cycle
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • High organizational ability, attention to detail, and self-motivation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and work independently
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of home improvement or service industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM tools is a plus
