You will work closely with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely budget tracking, invoice management, and reporting. The Production Coordinator (Admin) ensures accurate and efficient management of production finances throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary contact for project accounting matters, addressing questions and clarifications promptly.
- Managing budget builders and inputting detailed cost data according to project parameters.
- Preparing professional, accurate budget sheets for client presentations and internal reviews.
- Updating Statements of Work (SOWs) as project scopes change, ensuring financial documents reflect current realities.
- Opening Purchase Orders (POs) and reviewing incoming invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Communicating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to maintain clear workflows and resolve discrepancies.
- Tracking project-specific spending and providing detailed financial insights for internal teams or client inquiries.
Successful candidates will bring a combination of hands-on experience, technical skill, and strong communication abilities, including:
- 3+ years of experience in project-based bookkeeping or production accounting.
- Proven ability to manage detailed budgets and track granular costs.
- Experience communicating financial workflows and budget statuses professionally to vendors and clients.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and related digital tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort navigating complex financial workflows across multiple platforms.
This project-based role provides flexibility and competitive compensation, including:
- Hourly pay rate of $40–$47 depending on experience.
