The Managing Director will oversee all product lines within their jurisdiction, including digital, retail, and licensing solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The position requires managing cross-functional teams, monitoring financial performance, and leading consultative sales initiatives. - Own P&L responsibility for the Great Lakes territory across all product lines, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic account plans focused on expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
- Serve as the primary executive contact for customers, building and maintaining trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead consultative sales and solution development initiatives, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
- Coordinate with internal teams including strategy, operations, finance, legal, technology, and support to ensure alignment and successful project execution
- Monitor market trends, customer KPIs, and regulatory requirements to guide data-driven decisions and provide actionable insights
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions to optimize customer satisfaction and organizational performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years managing large customer operations with revenue and profit accountability in digital, interactive, or SaaS environments; iGaming/iLottery experience preferred
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or managing director role with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience in consultative sales, strategic account management, and delivering digital or software solutions
- Strong analytical, financial, and operational acumen to evaluate performance, ROI, and strategic opportunities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and internal teams
- Self-motivated, results-driven, organized, and able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
- College degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital content or SaaS platforms
