Position:
The City of Sharonville is actively recruiting for a Part-Time Paramedic. Under the direction of the assigned Lieutenant, the Part-Time Paramedic will perform a wide variety of routine emergent departmental services including EMS, Fire and HazMat responses. 12- and 24-hour shifts are currently available with a limit of 1500 hours worked per calendar year. Qualified candidates should have excellent technical, customer service and communication skills; proficient knowledge in emergency medical techniques; and the ability to work well with all levels of the general public.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Paramedic certification in the state of Ohio;
- Must possess current ACLS and BLS certifications, PALS certification(s) preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year Fire Department experience operating as a Paramedic.
Salary and Benefits:
The compensation package includes an hourly rate of $27.00 commensurate with certifications and experience.
