PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting operations and support financial strategy. This role partners closely with the CFO and plays a key role in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and organizational growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and provide some payroll support
• Oversee monthly close process (within 10 days)
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Conduct budget-to-actual analysis and provide recommendations
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance
• Coordinate annual audit and work with external auditors
• Manage cash flow and financial reporting
• Supervise and develop accounting staff
• Partner with CFO on board reporting and financial planning
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience with an annual budget in access of $14mil.
• Experience managing an accounting team and monthly close
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with robust accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred)
• Experience with multiple cost center
• Experience with audits and budgeting
• Mental Health experience preferred

PAY AND HOURS
This is a full-time M-F position in Delray Beach Florida paying salary exempt, with eligibility for the full benefits package.
