This strategic role is designed for an experienced leader who can transform how project delivery operates within a dynamic, AI-driven organization. You will architect scalable workflows, intelligent systems, and automation that replace manual processes with efficient, data-driven execution. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams, you will define frameworks and operating models that optimize performance, reduce risk, and enhance team effectiveness. This position offers the opportunity to influence how modern delivery functions at scale, leveraging AI and analytics to make processes smarter and more predictable. You will drive innovation, implement measurable improvements, and provide a blueprint for next-generation delivery across complex projects. - Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered delivery workflows across the product development lifecycle
- Own the vision and adoption of intelligent delivery systems and automation within the department
- Develop frameworks for project planning, status reporting, risk identification, and performance measurement
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to enhance delivery tools, system integrations, and operational efficiency
- Define, track, and refine metrics that predict delivery risk and measure performance outcomes
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through AI-generated outputs and automation
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data insights, experimentation, and structured feedback loops
- Translate delivery challenges into scalable processes and repeatable systems that improve clarity, speed, and team effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
- Proven experience designing or improving operational systems, workflows, or delivery processes
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect tools, processes, and outcomes effectively
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous challenges into structured, scalable solutions
- Strong communication and influencing skills across multiple levels of the organization
- Hands-on curiosity and familiarity with AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making
- Metrics-oriented mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and design improvements
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex enterprise environments is a plus
- Familiarity with delivery metrics, dashboards, or workflow orchestration tools is desirable
