About This Position
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Growth & Demand Marketing Manager in the United States.
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven marketer to lead the inbound demand engine for a fast-growing digital platform. In this role, you will own the full pipeline—from paid acquisition and website conversion to growth loops that drive product-led adoption. You’ll have the autonomy to set strategy, run experiments, and optimize campaigns that directly impact revenue, working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. This position offers high ownership, a collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to scale systems that compound results over time.
As the Growth & Demand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving measurable growth and pipeline performance through a combination of strategy, execution, and optimization:
- Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads and contribute directly to pipeline growth.
- Manage campaigns across paid channels, email, content, and website optimization, including A/B testing and conversion rate improvements.
- Identify co-marketing and partnership opportunities to expand reach cost-effectively.
- Build scalable, repeatable campaign frameworks and automation to maximize efficiency.
- Own full-funnel performance reporting, tracking spend, traffic, SQLs, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
- Continuously test new channels, messaging, and formats with a data-driven approach and actionable post-mortems.
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, technical skills, and hands-on execution experience:
- 5+ years in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Acquisition, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline outcomes rather than just campaign activity.
- Strong fluency with AI tools to optimize marketing workflow and campaign execution.
- Skilled at designing experiments, analyzing results, and iterating quickly.
- Analytical experience with GA4, Mixpanel, or equivalent platforms; capable of building dashboards and deriving insights.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive base salary: $120,000–$145,000 USD, plus bonus.
- Global remote-first work environment.
- Stock options.
- Premium health insurance coverage.
- 401(k) matching.
- Paid parental leave: 16 weeks for primary caregivers, 4 weeks for secondary caregivers.
- Flexible vacation policy and paid sick days.
- Home office stipend and high-quality equipment (MacBook Air, external monitor, etc.).
- Stipend for collaborative experiences to connect with colleagues globally.
- Unlimited access to co-working spaces worldwide.
