This role is a strategic, data-driven account management position focused on driving growth and operational performance within health system owned Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers. You will own end-to-end relationships with health system stakeholders, partnering with clinical, operational, and executive teams to optimize workflows, adoption, and order fulfillment. The position requires a strong understanding of health system operations, HME ERPs, and technology integrations to translate insights into actionable solutions. You will lead performance reviews, drive adoption initiatives, and support expansions while navigating complex governance structures. This role blends relationship management, analytical insight, and operational strategy, making a measurable impact on patient care and organizational success.
- Serve as the primary Account Manager for assigned health system owned HME providers, managing executive and operational relationships across intake, billing, and operations
- Partner with Enterprise Health System Account Managers to align account strategies and drive cohesive outcomes
- Lead quarterly business reviews, success planning, and performance assessments, acting as the escalation point for workflow and adoption issues
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including order volume, fulfillment rates, response times, and sendback trends
- Identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities using data insights, and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Maintain strong understanding of HME ERP systems, EHR integrations, and clinical order workflows, supporting troubleshooting and optimization
- Drive expansion of Parachute workflows, adoption across facilities, and alignment with broader enterprise health system objectives
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or Strategic Accounts
- Experience working with health systems and/or HME providers is required
- Familiarity with HME ERP systems such as Brightree or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of health system operations, clinical workflows, and governance structures
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
- Proven ability to manage relationships across clinical, operational, and technical teams
- Comfortable operating in a newly created role with evolving processes, bringing clarity, ownership, and momentum
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a remote-first environment
