About This Position
The Client Service Administrator coordinates work involving the establishment of client requirements within the framework of the Fosdick Corporation’s policies and procedures. We strive to provide the highest level of client satisfaction possible. The purpose of this position is to ensure that the fulfillment requirements of clients are effectively communicated to responsible Fosdick Corporation departments and that the appropriate Fosdick Corporation’s systems and procedures are in place to accommodate them.
The Client Service Administrator position works under the general direction of the Client Service Manager or Administrative Manager.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university in Communications, Business Administration or related field, plus one to three years’ experience in Client Services/Account Management, Project Management, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Requirements also include the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to acquire techniques for effectively handling client inquiries and complaints.
