What You’ll Do

• Deliver a seamless, high-end client experience from first interaction to delivery
• Build and manage a strong personal pipeline using CRM, video, and follow-up discipline
• Guide clients through both in-store and remote/online purchase experiences
• Become a product expert and trusted advisor—not just a salesperson
• Collaborate with management and support teams to maximize every opportunity
• Consistently perform at a high level and exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of high performance in sales (automotive not required)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with luxury clientele
• Tech-forward mindset—comfortable using digital retailing tools
• High level of professionalism, urgency, and accountability
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to be among the best
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple clients at once
• Sales and or Finance Manager experience welcomed
