Responsibilities:- Set up the Compensation and workforce compensation configuration based on Danske Bank (DB) requirements.
- Prepare and execute data loading activities.
- Participating in UAT with a focus on bug fixing.
- Guide the Area to ensure the best possible configuration, taking DB requirements into consideration while not adding unnecessary complexity and customizations.
- Documentation.
- Knowledge share and Hand-over the solution to the Danske Bank Team.
- Senior technical HCM specialist with specific experience in Compensation. Preferably 6+ years of Compensation-specific experience and at least 2 successful Compensation implementations completed previously.
- Preferably, experience implementing Oracle Compensation in another European-based company.
- An inspiring environment in a large IT organization.
- Work in an international team that concentrates on innovative business-facing solutions.
- The selected consultant will be part of a team including business and IT colleagues from various locations. On-site location is not a prerequisite. Details to be clarified during the interview.
- Start date: 1 March 2026 End date: 30 June 2026 + Option for prolongation.
- Remote: EU location - eg Vilnius, Lithuania, and/or Poland, and/or Other Remote/ Onsite/ after agreement with the responsible officer.
The hourly rate is negotiable.
