Hardee’s Restaurant Manager
Full-Time | Minimum 50 Hours per Week
Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading the team, delivering excellent customer experiences, and maintaining high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
*Supervise and lead the restaurant crew while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with a focus on profitability
*Drive total customer satisfaction by ensuring guests consistently receive hot, high-quality food and friendly service
*Ensure all products are prepared, packaged, and delivered according to menu and company standards
*Follow and enforce all food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures to protect customers and employees
*Monitor daily operations and assist crew members as needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly
*Coordinate employee training with crew trainers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
*Maintain a positive, respectful, and cooperative working environment between management and crew
*Conduct daily and weekly inventory counts
*Control inventory and food costs in line with company standards
*Complete and maintain required reports and records in compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations
*Enforce all safety, sanitation, and security policies
*Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment
Must be at least 18 years old
ServSafe certification required
Reliable transportation required
Must have a reliable phone or communication method
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Minimum 50 hours per week required
Strong conflict-resolution and people-management skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
Ability to identify training needs and clearly communicate expectations to team members
Understands how individual job roles impact customers, coworkers, and overall operations
Proactive communicator who keeps the team informed of operational changes
Performance-driven mindset with a clear understanding of goals and results
