Job Overview:

Trademark Building & Development is seeking an experienced Residential Field Superintendent to take charge of high-end residential construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise and participate in daily job site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead representative of Trademark Building & Development on job sites, ensuring alignment with the companys core values.

  • Manage daily operations, including supervising employees and subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and maintaining site efficiency.

  • Ensure timely, budget-conscious project completion with proactive adjustments as needed.

  • Prioritize safety on job sites, address incidents promptly, and report to management.

  • Collaborate with project managers to maintain open communication with clients, employees, and trade partners.

  • Plan and schedule materials, subcontractors, and inspections to ensure smooth progress.

  • Conduct performance evaluations to foster team growth and development.

  • Maintain thorough documentation, including weekly progress reports, job photos, and client updates.

  • Oversee equipment maintenance, project close-out procedures, punch lists, and client handover materials.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (further education in construction management preferred).

  • Experience: 815 years of residential construction experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

  • Skills: Proficiency in all areas of residential construction.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide teams.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.

  • Physically capable of lifting materials and working on active construction sites.
