- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing IT team across multiple disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Define and implement a comprehensive IT roadmap aligned with organizational growth and financial objectives
- Oversee IT operations and support services to ensure high availability, rapid issue resolution, and strong user satisfaction
- Establish and monitor KPIs to optimize system performance, uptime, and operational efficiency
- Manage IT budgets strategically, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strong return on investment
- Own vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and service-level agreements, while ensuring tools meet evolving business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance, security, and regulatory requirements
- Act as the executive escalation point for critical incidents, infrastructure transformations, and major technology initiatives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, including expertise in macOS endpoint management, SaaS platforms, identity systems, and infrastructure engineering
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and growing IT teams in dynamic environments
- Proven hands-on technical leadership in areas such as automation, internal tooling, and identity architecture design
- Demonstrated success in scaling IT operations within fast-paced, high-growth technology organizations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical strategies with organizational priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in remote or distributed work environments is a plus
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR/CCPA is advantageous
