Accountabilities:

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing IT team across multiple disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Oversee IT operations and support services to ensure high availability, rapid issue resolution, and strong user satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven hands-on technical leadership in areas such as automation, internal tooling, and identity architecture design
Demonstrated success in scaling IT operations within fast-paced, high-growth technology organizations
Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical strategies with organizational priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
Experience in remote or distributed work environments is a plus
