  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Treasury, HR, and Operations to support business and tax planning initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop internal tax team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license and/or Master’s in Taxation required.
  • 15+ years of combined public accounting and corporate tax experience, including significant international exposure.
  • Strong expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international tax law and ASC 740 tax accounting standards.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud, or digital product-based business environments strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience managing outsourced tax providers, including Big Four advisory firms.
  • Strong knowledge of partnership taxation, investment structures, and complex entity arrangements is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience building and managing high-performing tax teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
