- Build, maintain, and enhance advanced financial models, forecasts, and budgeting frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Analyze business performance to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Support strategic planning processes, including capital allocation, investment prioritization, and long-term financial scenario planning.
- Prepare executive-level financial materials, including board presentations, investor updates, and performance narratives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new initiatives such as market expansion, product development, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
- Contribute to capital markets readiness, including scenario modeling and external financial positioning.
- Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks to enhance transparency and decision quality across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel-based analysis.
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex business problems into clear insights.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage projects end-to-end in fast-changing environments.
- Solid understanding of business fundamentals, growth drivers, and scaling dynamics.
- Preferred: experience in high-growth technology environments, familiarity with SQL or BI tools, and exposure to large, complex datasets.
