  • Collaborate with regulatory, finance, clinical, and medical teams to support submissions, reimbursement strategies, and clinical study design.
  • Incorporate AI/ML models, multimodal biomarkers, and advanced analytics into product innovation and clinical utility.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in bioinformatics product management within NGS diagnostics or oncology-focused environments (solid tumor and/or hematologic cancers required).
  • Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Proven leadership experience managing software engineering and bioinformatics teams in regulated healthcare or life sciences settings.
  • Strong expertise in algorithm development, biostatistical validation, and clinical-grade software delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in regulatory submissions (CAP, CLIA, FDA, NYDoH, MolDx) and reimbursement-driven product development.
  • Experience with cloud-based bioinformatics infrastructure and AI/ML-driven analytics platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance innovation, compliance, and operational execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and business audiences.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range: $172,007.82 – $296,000 plus performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid time off starting at 16 days annually plus holidays.
  • Tuition reimbursement and leadership development programs.

  • Flexible, remote-friendly work environment.
  • Additional benefits including career coaching, employee resource groups, and continuous learning opportunities.
