Job Description
Job Title: Director of Grant Development and Management
JOB SUMMARY: As Director of Grant Development, you will prepare OVEC’s competitive and refunding grant applications, while offering support to OVEC member districts in their grant-seeking efforts. You will serve as OVEC’s primary expert on the Uniform Guidance and provide technical assistance to grant project directors on grant compliance. The successful applicant should demonstrate exceptional communication, writing, research, technology, and organizational abilities, along with keen attention to detail. Key responsibilities include researching funding opportunities, preparing compelling proposals, and effectively communicating the organization's mission and programs to potential funders.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree or Grant Professional Certified (GPC) credential preferred.
Experience in preparing successful competitive federal grant applications and training other grant/development professionals required.
COMPENSATION: $91,703 - $113,875 Based on Education and Relevant Experience.
BENEFITS: State Health Insurance, State Pension, paid sick and annual leave.
