Join a high-volume cannabis cultivation facility in Lake Elsinore as a Cannabis Cultivator. You’ll help care for plants through all growth stages in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

⏰ Full-time | Fast-paced cultivation environment
📌 Two professional references from a supervisor role or higher required at interview

• Plant, pot, water, and feed cannabis plants
• Prune, train, and maintain plant health
• Clean and sanitize grow rooms
• Assist with harvest and room setup
• Support cultivation and R&D projects

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• General agriculture experience preferred
• Cannabis cultivation experience a plus (not required)
• Ability to perform repetitive physical work for long periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended shifts

• $18/hr
