This role sits at the heart of a large-scale cloud transformation program focused on migrating enterprise workloads from colocation environments to public cloud platforms. You will be responsible for driving the execution of defined migration scopes, ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, cloud operations, security, and customer teams. Operating in a highly structured program environment, you will manage complex dependencies, timelines, and delivery risks across multiple workstreams. The role combines hands-on project execution with strong cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, global delivery setup. You will play a key part in enabling successful migration waves as well as foundational cloud readiness initiatives such as landing zones and automation. • Own end-to-end execution of assigned migration scopes, including customer migration waves or critical enablement workstreams such as landing zone development, automation, or infrastructure decommissioning, ensuring delivery against defined timelines and success criteria.
• Build, maintain, and drive detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue tracking, while ensuring proactive mitigation and clear escalation paths.
• Coordinate across multiple technical and business teams, including Cloud Ops, Engineering, Security, Network, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and readiness for migration execution.
• Manage customer or internal stakeholder engagement depending on assignment, ensuring clear communication, expectation setting, and timely resolution of delivery blockers.
• Ensure strict adherence to program governance frameworks, providing accurate reporting on status, risks, dependencies, and progress to senior stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying execution gaps, enhancing delivery processes, and improving transition readiness across migration phases.

• 5+ years of experience in project management within infrastructure, cloud transformation, or enterprise IT environments, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional delivery involving distributed teams, with excellent coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and migration concepts, with Azure experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with infrastructure buildouts, large-scale migrations, or decommissioning programs in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, SDLC, release management, and risk management in production or near-production environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience in global delivery environments with strong execution discipline and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, Agile certifications, or Azure Fundamentals are highly desirable.
