Position Summary
Our Full Time Floor Technician (Environmental Services/Custodian) is responsible for following established policies and procedures to maintain all facilities in a clean, sanitary and attractive condition. Additional responsibilities may include light maintenance. Rotating Weekends schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- HS Diploma or GED preferred OR relatable life and/or work experience to be verified by references and/or employment verification.
- Basic knowledge of chemicals utilized in routine cleaning helpful.
- Familiarity with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents helpful.
Responsibilities:
- Assure that cleaning chemicals and paper products are always stocked and in sufficient supply.
- Perform any duties requested by the Supervisor to insure a safe and clean environment for our clients.
- Clean assigned areas of the facility as directed by the supervisor.
- Report unsafe conditions observed on your shift to a department Supervisor.
- Ability to learn and perform all aspects of floor maintenance.
Competitive pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on education and experience.
