Remote Marketing Project Coordinator
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Projects Coordinator - REMOTE. In this role, you will support a range of print, digital, media, and special events projects. You'll work closely with creative services, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your strong organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential in supporting our evolving marketing and communications initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities while effectively communicating to anticipate and resolve challenges. Experience in project management and content handling is crucial for success in this position.
Accountabilities- Gathers resources and directs traffic to complete project requests on time, within budget and on scope.
- Uses technology platforms to track and monitor project deliverables.
- Assists with managing timelines and tracking schedules.
- Creates and outlines full scope of projects.
- Communicates task assignments to team members.
- Generates new or updates existing project management templates for process improvement.
- Serves as a marketing point of contact for managing intake and resourcing needs.
- Supports daily project management operations and resolves problems to fulfill requests.
- Works closely with creative and communication teams for clear campaign execution.
- Maintains marketing platforms and ensures assets are up to date.
- Coordinates logistics and deliverables for events with the events committee.
- Bachelors degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with traffic management or production of printed and digital materials.
- Knowledge of the print industry and basic design concepts.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate high-volume marketing campaigns.
- Efficient at problem solving and identifying risks.
- Highly detailed and confident communicator.
- Experience in print production and project management is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Competitive salary with a pay range of $52,395.20 - $92,164.80.
