Job Overview

Einsteins Solutions, Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Technician to support our commercial lawn and grounds maintenance operations. In this role, you will help maintain attractive, healthy landscapes for commercial properties by performing mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and seasonal maintenance. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work, take pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes, and are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Landscape Maintenance

  • Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns, gardens, and landscape beds.

  • Prune, plant, fertilize, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf.

  • Perform weed control, mulching, and seasonal clean-up tasks.

  • Identify and report plant health concerns, pest issues, or landscape maintenance needs.

• Equipment Operation & Care

  • Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, weed trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and hand tools according to safety procedures.

  • Inspect equipment daily by checking oil, fuel, and operational readiness.

  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.

  • Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and vehicles after use.

  • Ensure all equipment is secured and protected while on the job site.

• Job Site Responsibilities

  • Protect surrounding property such as vehicles, windows, and pedestrians from potential debris.

  • Follow daily work schedules, assignments, and supervisor instructions.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.

  • Assist team members with landscape installation or restoration tasks when needed.

• Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all company policies and procedures with special attention to health and safety protocols.

  • Wear appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.

  • Participate in training and adhere to company safety standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance, grounds keeping, or horticulture preferred.

• Knowledge of plants, turf care, and landscaping techniques is a plus.

• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

• Valid Drivers License required.

• DOT certification preferred.

• Massachusetts 2A/1C Hoisting License preferred.
