As a Collaborating Psychiatrist, youâll literally transform and save lives by elevating our clinicians through mentorship, collaborating with our clinical team, and ensuring adherence to world-class protocols.
⢠Serve as the collaborating/supervising physician for Mindbloomâs PMHNPs/Psych PAs⢠Execute the responsibilities of the collaborative practice/supervising physician agreements (e.g., periodic tele-meetings, case reviews, consulting on prescriptions) ⢠Mentor and coach our psychiatric clinicians⢠Provide clinician performance feedback and (if needed) escalate issues to Mindbloomâs Medical Director

The estimated pay for this role is $300/Clinician/Month USD. The final compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and on market data changes. Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We donât ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying.
