We are on the lookout for the next awesome German speaker to join our HKR team as an Outbound Caller, working for a US-based client in outbound B2C sales of legal protection and health insurance for customers in Switzerland.

Btw, HKR was remote before it was even cool!

What you'll be doing?

Make outbound B2C calls using provided lead lists and pre-written scripts no cold calling creativity needed, just solid execution.
Present and promote legal protection and health insurance products to individuals in Switzerland.
Handle objections like a pro and turn maybe into yes with empathy and clarity.
Keep accurate records of calls and outcomes, updating the CRM with each interaction.
Collaborate with the team to improve performance and share insights that can boost conversions.
Stay aligned with compliance and quality standards we play by the book.

About you

You speak German at C1 level or higher and English at B2 minimum fluent, professional, and confident on the phone.
You have experience in sales or outbound calling insurance experience is a big plus.
Youre comfortable following scripts while sounding natural and engaging.
Youre a good listener, persuasive speaker, and respectful communicator.
Youre tech-savvy, especially with CRM tools and spreadsheets or willing to learn fast.
Youre a self-starter who loves results and brings energy to every call.
