COMPENSATION:
- Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 40% - 45% of collections and higher (depending on experience)
- Monthly guaranteed minimum, or daily per diem
SCHEDULE:
- Flexible days
- Temporary leading to permanent position
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- DDS/DMD/BDS from an accredited program OR NDEB equivalency
- Licensed or in process of registering with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)
- Open to candidates currently licensed in other Canadian provinces
- Experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but open to new graduate’s welcome with mentorship provided
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care
