Alizadeh Cosmoplastic Surgery, one of our valued partners, is looking for a Client Experience & Social Media Coordinator to join their New York City location.
A once in a lifetime opportunity to join a practice owned by a board certified, well-respected, plastic surgeon, who caters to an elite, but family-focused clientele, where thousands of procedures have been executed with the most natural and impressive results, while maintaining a down-to-Earth family-focused office setting. This practice specializes in the latest advances in aesthetic medicine and surgery, breast and body procedures, weight loss, hormone replacement treatments, lasers, fillers and injectables such as Botox, and more.
We’re looking for a dynamic, polished, and creative Client Experience & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing aesthetic team. This is not your typical front desk role — this position sits at the intersection of luxury hospitality and digital brand storytelling.
You will be the first impression of our med spa and the driving force behind our online presence. From welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism to capturing stunning in-office content, you’ll play a key role in shaping both the in-person and digital patient journey.

Client Experience Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Collect patient information and enter it into the system.
- Escort patients to exam rooms, ensuring they are comfortable.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms between appointments.
- Process patient check-outs and collect required fees.
- Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemail messages, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Prepare patient charts and handle all administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ensure the waiting area remains comfortable and tidy.
- Maintain retail inventory.
- Engage patients in retail sales.
- End of day paperwork and balancing daily intake of funds.
Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Create engaging photo and video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks, educational posts)
- Capture in-office procedures, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content (HIPAA compliant)
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with promotions and events
- Write compelling captions with strong calls to action
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube accounts
- Schedule posts and maintain consistent posting cadence
- Monitor comments and DMs (coordinate with patient care team when needed)
- Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports
- Promote special events, new treatments, and membership programs
- Assist with email marketing content when needed
- Research trends within plastic surgery and aesthetics
Qualifications
- 2+ year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, retail, hospitality, or medical office role preferred.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Skilled in filming, editing short-form video, writing engaging captions.
- Ability to independently manage content calendars and performance tracking.
Work Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday 11AM-7PM; Thursday & Friday 10AM-6PM & Saturday 9AM-5PM
