Compensation: $18 – $25 per hour.
Purpose
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Carpenter to support commercial interior construction projects across multiple job sites. This role involves hands-on carpentry work, general labor tasks, and a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Hang and finish drywall
Install acoustical ceiling grid
Perform exterior insulation work
Assist with framing and general construction tasks
Use and maintain basic carpentry tools
Read tape measures and basic construction drawings
Arrive on time and ready to work each day
Communicate effectively with the project field leader and team members
Represent the company professionally and courteously on all jobsites
Work independently or collaboratively depending on project needs
Ask questions and seek guidance when necessary to ensure accuracy and safety
Follow all jobsite safety protocols and company safety standards
Complete additional tasks as assigned to support project success
Qualifications
• Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
Must provide and maintain personal hand tools (power and specialty tools provided)
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly.
Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and climbing ladders.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Travel Requirements
• Reliable transportation required to travel between job sites
Reports To: Foreman
