Company: Exterior Land Development.
Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 - $80,000 per year plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses.
Location: Onsite (Ohio facility with regional travel).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Landscaping/Hardscaping.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.
You will serve as a vital field leader, spearheading the execution of challenging and high-end hardscape and softscape installations for a premier Ohio-based firm. How You Will Make an ImpactDirect the daily operations of field crews to ensure the precise installation of complex hardscape and softscape designs.
Coordinate large-scale, difficult projects from initial ground-breaking through to final walkthrough and client approval.
Maintain strict safety and compliance standards on every job site to protect the team and ensure project integrity.
Execute high-quality workmanship while managing project timelines and material logistics at the site level.
Communicate effectively with homeowners and commercial clients to represent the companys commitment to excellence. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
Supervise the use of heavy equipment and specialized tools to maximize efficiency and maintain a professional work environment.
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as a working foreman in hardscape and softscape environments.
Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate complex, large-scale land development projects.
Deep technical knowledge of residential and commercial landscaping, hardscaping, and site preparation.
High School Diploma or GED.
Advanced proficiency in interpreting detailed landscape designs and grading plans.
Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring junior crew members in field techniques.
Expertise in managing diverse material inventories and coordinating with supply vendors.
