Hardscape & Softscape Foreman at Exterior Land Development – Wadsworth, Ohio

• Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 - $80,000 per year plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses.

• Location: Onsite (Ohio facility with regional travel).

You will serve as a vital field leader, spearheading the execution of challenging and high-end hardscape and softscape installations for a premier Ohio-based firm. • Direct the daily operations of field crews to ensure the precise installation of complex hardscape and softscape designs.

• Coordinate large-scale, difficult projects from initial ground-breaking through to final walkthrough and client approval.

• Maintain strict safety and compliance standards on every job site to protect the team and ensure project integrity.

• Execute high-quality workmanship while managing project timelines and material logistics at the site level.

• Communicate effectively with homeowners and commercial clients to represent the companys commitment to excellence. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Supervise the use of heavy equipment and specialized tools to maximize efficiency and maintain a professional work environment.

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as a working foreman in hardscape and softscape environments.

• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate complex, large-scale land development projects.

• Deep technical knowledge of residential and commercial landscaping, hardscaping, and site preparation.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Advanced proficiency in interpreting detailed landscape designs and grading plans.

• Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring junior crew members in field techniques.

• Expertise in managing diverse material inventories and coordinating with supply vendors.
