Scooter's Coffee is a locally owned coffee shop dedicated to hiring AMAZING people to serve AMAZING coffee, AMAZINGLY fast. We're passionate about creating a warm, friendly environment for both our customers and our team.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate loves coffee, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing beverages, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain a clean and inviting work space alongside your team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the Coffeehouse
• Follow health, safety, and food-handling guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule & Availability

• Seeking availability for the hours of 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate school/work schedules
• Weekends and holidays will be required on a rotating basis (increased wage)
