What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems including joints, valves, drains, and fixtures in residential settings
• Respond to plumbing service calls and emergency issues with confidence and care
• Diagnose system problems and recommend clear, code-compliant solutions to homeowners
• Perform regular maintenance to prevent major repairs
• Prepare basic bids/estimates for customers and clearly explain findings and options
• Ensure every job meets or exceeds code and passes inspection the first time
• Accurately document time, materials, and service notes using tablet-based systems

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Valid plumbing license or strong progress toward licensure (NC)
• Proficiency with hand and power tools specific to the plumbing trade
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and best practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort using mobile technology for scheduling and documentation
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
