Role Description:
As the OEM Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead strategic relationships with key automotive OEMs, leveraging your consulting expertise to drive innovation and growth in the fixed ops solutions space. You will report directly to the Vice President of OEM and Industry Partnerships to ensure alignment with myKaarma's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
● Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with automotive OEMs
● Develop and implement strategies to position myKaarma as the preferred SaaS provider for automotive dealerships
● Lead cross-functional teams to deliver OEM-specific solutions
● Drive year-over-year revenue and rooftop count growth with assigned OEM accounts
● Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to position myKaarma as the preferred SaaS provider for automotive dealerships.
● Identify and execute opportunities for new lines of business and revenue streams.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure effective delivery of OEM-specific solutions.
● Close new OEM partnerships that generate revenue and market share gains for myKaarma.
● Manage year-over-year revenue and rooftop count growth with assigned OEM accounts. Data-Driven Decision Making Proprietary and Confidential to myKaarma - for Internal Eyes ONLY and NOT for distribution externally
● Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of OEM programs.
● Leverage insights from data analysis to forecast challenges and develop proactive solutions.
● Employ the “Five Whys” methodology to uncover root causes and drive process improvement. Innovation and Advocacy
● Represent myKaarma at industry events, workshops, and speaking engagements to showcase our solutions and thought leadership.
● Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the automotive sector to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
● Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on the automotive sector
● Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships at the executive level
● Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities
● Willingness to travel as needed to meet with OEM partners and stakeholders

The starting salary range for this role is $150K–$180K base + Variable annual performance-based bonus depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting our dedication to competitive industry compensation. Additional details about our Total Rewards package will be shared during recruitment.
