What You’ll Do
As a Leasing & Marketing Associate, you’ll be the face of our property and a key driver of occupancy goals. Your day will include:
As a Leasing & Marketing Associate, you’ll be the face of our property and a key driver of occupancy goals. Your day will include:
- Greeting prospective residents and guiding them through tours of our community.
- Highlighting features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings that make our property stand out.
- Managing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Creating and posting engaging social media and marketing content.
- Supporting resident events and outreach campaigns to strengthen community engagement.
- Assisting with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
What We’re Looking For
- A people-person with strong communication and sales skills.
- Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or marketing is a plus (we’ll train the right candidate!).
- Preferred experience with Leasing Software (Yardi, Entrada, etc)
- Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
