Accountabilities:

Build, lead, and develop a team of 30+ data scientists and data engineers, providing mentorship, career development, and guidance

Partner with business leaders and executives to deliver actionable insights and advanced analytics
Oversee the use of statistical methods, machine learning, and experimentation to inform key business decisions

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering, including 4+ years managing teams of data managers
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, from executives to product and operations teams
Expertise in data science, machine learning, statistics, financial modeling, and experimentation for commercial applications
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with an opinionated approach to using data effectively
Experience in building data infrastructure, analytics platforms, and scalable reporting tools
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities
Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and HR teams to ensure adherence to best practices
