FireDEX Butler Inc is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our restoration team. This is a "Working Lead" role. You will not just be pointing fingers; you will be performing hands-on carpentry while supervising crews on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• You will serve as the liaison between the customer, the crew, and the office, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Hands-On Execution: Perform high-quality carpentry (framing, trim, finish) on restoration projects.
• Site Supervision: Supervise job sites, coordinating labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Project Planning: Interpret job estimates, blueprints, and specifications to plan projects effectively.
• Documentation: Track job progress, budgets, and material usage.
• Client Relations: Act as the liaison between customers and the company to ensure satisfaction.
• Safety: Communicate daily with teams to ensure workflow and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of carpentry experience.
• Skills: Proficient in blueprint reading, estimating basics, and restoration project scopes.
• Leadership: Strong supervisory and problem-solving skills; ability to lead a team.
• Requirements: Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills.
