This role is a senior commercial opportunity focused on driving growth within Quality & Compliance solutions across the life sciences industry. You will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships and expanding a portfolio of biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device organizations seeking regulatory, quality, and compliance expertise. Operating in a high-growth, consulting-driven environment, you will identify new business opportunities, shape complex service offerings, and convert them into long-term partnerships. The position requires strong commercial acumen, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders across highly regulated industries. You will collaborate closely with internal delivery, marketing, and technical teams to position end-to-end solutions that support the full product lifecycle. This is a remote role with travel as needed to support client engagement and business development activities.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding strategic relationships within the life sciences sector, with a strong focus on Quality & Compliance consulting services. You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation while ensuring alignment with internal delivery teams and market strategy.

  • Develop and grow long-term client relationships to expand business within biotech, pharmaceutical, and med device organizations
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, lead generation, and strategic market engagement
  • Lead client presentations, capability discussions, and sales meetings to position service offerings effectively
  • Manage the full sales cycle including proposal development, pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions based on client needs and regulatory requirements
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and events to strengthen market presence and pipeline development
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activity within CRM systems
Requirements:

You bring strong experience in life sciences services or consulting sales, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex regulatory environments. You are commercially driven, highly self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 5+ years of sales experience within life sciences, ideally in consulting, regulatory, or compliance services
  • Proven success in business development, lead generation, and closing complex service engagements
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical offerings into client value
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform in ambiguous environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
  • Experience in CRM tools and structured sales processes
