This role sits at the core of maintaining safety and trust within a fast-growing online marketplace connecting users with unique venues for meetings, events, and productions. You will act as a frontline defender of platform integrity, investigating suspicious behavior and helping prevent fraud and abuse before it impacts users. Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, you will analyze transactions, identity signals, and user activity to detect risks and ensure compliance with community standards. The role blends investigative thinking, operational rigor, and strong communication skills. You will also contribute to improving processes and supporting a seamless user experience across global markets. You will be responsible for safeguarding platform integrity by investigating suspicious activity, mitigating fraud risk, and ensuring compliance across user interactions and transactions.
- Manage high volumes of user inquiries through support tools, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication
- Investigate suspicious account behavior including sign-ups, logins, identity checks, and payment activities
- Identify and block fraudulent activity through analysis of transaction patterns and risk signals
- Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
- Process global data deletion requests in accordance with privacy and regulatory requirements
- Investigate and document complex chargeback disputes and financial risk cases
- Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements in fraud detection and trust workflows
You bring early experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or customer-facing support roles, combined with strong analytical and investigative instincts.
- 1–2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret risk signals and patterns
- Excellent written communication skills with clarity, neutrality, and attention to detail
- High emotional resilience and adaptability in fast-changing fraud and risk environments
- Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility when handling sensitive data
- Interest in digital safety, fraud prevention, and marketplace integrity
- Ability to work effectively in structured rotation schedules and fast-paced workflows
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Intercom, Stripe, or similar platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with fraud detection tools (e.g., Sift, Forter) and marketplace dispute handling is a bonus
